Privacy notice

What we collect. When you request a free scan we ask for your name, email address and the website you want scanned. Subscribers additionally provide billing details, which are processed by Stripe — card numbers never touch our servers.

Why. We use your email to deliver your scan report, service messages about sites you monitor, and occasional accessibility tips. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects service emails.

What we don't do. We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't share it with anyone except the processors that run the service (Cloudflare for hosting, Resend for email, Stripe for payments).

Scan data. Scans only read your public web pages — the same pages any visitor sees. Reports are stored so you can revisit them.

Retention & deletion. Email hello@stacklume.cloud at any time to access or delete everything we hold about you. We aim to respond within 72 hours.
